1. About Skillzy Academy

Skillzy Academy is a digital marketing training institute based in Delhi, India. We offer job-oriented courses in digital marketing, SEO, performance marketing, social media marketing, and related fields. Our programs are designed for students, working professionals, freelancers, and business owners.

2. Enrollment & Admission

• Enrollment is confirmed only after payment of the course fee (or agreed installment)
• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
• We reserve the right to reschedule batch start dates with prior notice
• Students must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
• A free demo class is available before enrollment — we encourage all prospective students to attend

3. Course Fees & Payment

• Course fees are as communicated by our counsellors at the time of enrollment
• EMI options are available subject to eligibility — details provided during counselling
• Fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
• Late payment may result in temporary suspension of access to course materials
• All fees are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise

4. Course Delivery

• Courses are delivered online, offline, or in hybrid mode as specified at enrollment
• Class timings and schedules are communicated in advance and may be adjusted with reasonable notice
• Recorded sessions may be provided for enrolled students at instructor discretion
• Course materials, tools access, and project assignments are provided during the course duration
• We reserve the right to modify course curriculum to reflect industry updates

5. Attendance & Conduct

• Minimum 75% attendance is required to receive a course completion certificate
• Students must maintain respectful conduct toward instructors and fellow students
• Any form of harassment, cheating, or plagiarism may result in immediate termination without refund
• Course materials are for personal use only — sharing or reselling is strictly prohibited

6. Certifications & Placement

• Course completion certificates are issued upon meeting attendance and assignment requirements
• Third-party certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot) are subject to the respective platforms' own requirements and policies
• Placement assistance is provided but placement is not guaranteed — outcomes depend on individual effort, skills, and market conditions
• Skillzy Academy does not guarantee a specific salary or job role

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, presentations, videos, and documents provided by Skillzy Academy are the intellectual property of Skillzy Academy. You may not:

• Record, distribute, or resell course sessions or materials
• Share login credentials or course access with others
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

8. Limitation of Liability

Skillzy Academy's liability is limited to the course fee paid by the student. We are not liable for:

• Job loss, income loss, or career outcomes
• Third-party platform downtime (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, or government orders

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
